some faq before spree-ing with me:

1. the rates given are fixed by me. this is a personal lj, not a community lj like sgspree or _spreee, therefore i do not have to adhere to their rules. exchange rates will be revised every month.

2. due to many requests, from 12/3/08 onwards, all one-time payment method sprees will only be for taiwan related sprees. all other sprees will require 2 payments (initial payment + topup). 

3. any type of refund (besides excess from exchange rate) will only be made after spree completes, upon distribution of items.

4. when i state 'strictly NO meetups', i mean it. please do not bug me for meet ups. if i can meet up, i will definitely state it.

5. i will try my best to mail the items out asap. my house is not a post office. 

6. please do not email me regarding the spree status. updates will only be done here.

7. should any items be missing/damaged from shipment, spree-ers in the shipment will have to share in refunding the party involved. this does not apply to items lost/damaged during local mailing process.

8. i will not be held responsible if your package is lost/damaged during the local mailing process. opt for registered postage if you do not wish to worry about the above scenario.

9. all items will be wrapped in envelope and sealed with scotch tape. name and address will be handwritten with marker on the envelope.
